How do you use that multi-quote thingy?

    :rotfl:
I think, from using trial & error, that you can multi-quote a max of 3 posts. So, to do it, click on the inverted commas - turns red - then click on the next one you want to quote - that turns red too - then click on "Quote" for the 3rd one.

Hi Hollypear. Don't give up, I would miss your comments and those of Scaredycat. You two are the only ones on here that can be trusted.

Cheers! I only usually come on here to offer assistance now, having gleaned a LOAD of help when I started out 2 years ago I thought it only fair to share my knowledge but if it's not appreciated then I won't waste my time!

So Good Bye, if anyone wants to ask me anything, you can PM me.

If you are more selective and adapt to the attitude of the company you are working for, it can still be worth it. I agree with your comments and hope they will silence sanctimonius prigs like Owlet and her buddies once and for all. She had the gall to call me unprofessional for playing the game which is necessary with certain unscrupulous, exploitative mystery shopping companies. To be fair, from her last comment, she seems to be finally seeing the light. There are still at least two professional companies out there for which I am happy to do a job to the best of my ability. The others are getting away it because of the recession and the refusal of the Government to regulate them. I don't want to hear any comments from anybody that everyone can just refuse to do these jobs - some can't or are vulnerable to exploitation eg the unemployed, illegal immigrants, kids and those who cannot get any other work because the Government refuse to enforce discrimination laws. That's MY rant over.

Thanks so much TG! I tried that before, the clicking bit - but couldn't figure out what to do next. I'm not exactly what you'd call technical :rotfl:

Yes I have - people on here have clearly stated that they get loads of jobs with Bare, and then others like me hardly get any - that seems to me to be proof wouldn't you say?

I got an 11-shop car circuit with BARE just a few days after signing up with them. I did a good job, so then got a 10-shop car cicuit.

I've no idea how or why, maybe not many other shoppers in my area...I dunno!

Here is how you do it.

Before you start, try to clear your browser's cookie cache because some firewalls and browsers interact to create a loop efffect which can make this procedure difficult.

    1. go here http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=sit...=&start=0&sa=N

    2. Fifth one down is for petrol company click on it

    3. Bottom right it says register, click on it.

    4. Complete the form (yes I know you are already registered with Abai but you still have to complete the form)

You have now added that petrol company to your list of job possibilities.

5 Go back to step 1 above and follow the same procedure for the other companies that you see there.

Acknowledgments to banypanky and saveit who explained this and to ascoil who helped me with the dreaded loop

If you get stuck send me a personal message

    Hi all

Been away from the board for a while.

BARE - a bit hit and miss, I have been with them for a couple of years and apply for quite a bit and have only completed 50 jobs most of them in four car circuits. Though I do have a first class flight in September!

RE - has anyone noticed them getting really pedantic about receipts, asking for reloads? I have had a few requests this week. It is frustrating you give them enough information for not great fees and then they want extra days after you have closed the job! Or it just me.

    Cheers Paul
  • Hi all, I have just signed up to a few MS websites and was just wondering if waves of jobs come at the start of the month? There is not one job available on any of the sites I applied to?

Different sites upload at different times, RE, GR, and GFK upload as and when they have jobs avaliable.
GAP seem to do one bulk upload per client a month, with occasional second waves.
BARE roughly every couple of weeks.

TBH your best bet is to subscribe to the alerts thread and log in to the sites regularly.
