  • I did my first Grassroots job yesterday and was amazed when submitting the results that your limited to 255 characters!! When they ask things like 'how would you assess the staff member' it becomes quite a challange to limit your answer whilst being grammatically correct!

lol - I wish that were the problem with the job I am in the process of writing  (might explain why the GR jobs go so quick)
  • Hi I'm new here and glad to have joined this forum been in the background for a short while and found it so imformative.

I worked as a Mystery Shopper for some luxury brand before, fun experience! Would be good to do that again for restaurants or hotel projects!

Yeah I know exactly what you mean! I write what I want to, and then have to edit it down to as little as possible. I guess if they wanted to know something in a bit more detail, they'd query you about it afterwards. Bit of a pain I suppose but I guess they want succint reports.

I had an email too, but I can't see any :(
I think it's nice that they limit them, so everybody gets a go! If they can't cover them all, they'll ask you anyway.

Sure, I understand it, its frustrating though as the ones in my area have been up for over 24 hours (when I first selected them!), especially 1 that (if available) is quite out in the sticks so doesn't often get selected - I don't usually choose it unless I'm headng out that way

I just find it annoying as you can't pick any up when you find you're in an area by an off chance (like I'm visiting my parents in about a weeks time), and you can't book them in advance due to the '2 day window' for aba-i

On completing a job for TNS the status says "booked in". What happens after this? does it change again, and do they dissapear. Anyone please.

It stays booked in even months after you have done the job. Don't worry, it doesn't mean you won't get paid!
