Take your paperwork in with you, in your bag, and use your trip to the toilet to make some notes and double check everything!

Another tip - carry your mobile phone and make a few notes on that as if you're sending a text - I usually jot down names and descriptions while I'm walking around.

And don't forget to ask for the receipt, they don't give them automatically, and on more than one occasion I've been so busy remembering the name of the cashier I've forgotten to ask for it.

Can't see too many wanting to make overseas calls though (I'm assuming airport implies abroad though I suppose it could be a flight within the UK)

you even score a point for it :rotfl:hope it brings averages up rather than down! (that is if RE actually every use the points system for anything). On some of the answers they promise that answers will not impact on them offering jobs........but you wil have to do the survey to find out (takes less than 10 minutes)

if you use a pre-fix number it is really cheap (eg just call) - so I imagine it would be part of their package with their provider - they dont worry about those little things like we do

i gave them a list of what i perceive as issues last night in survey and then behold all the jobs appear in one go at night time again (one of my complaints). fingers crossed they will take notice of us all

i hope so as i had lots of complaints to vent
