Ah what would I do without this forum eh? I'm a bit nervous, seems like there is sooooo much to look for!! Thanks for your help :T
Take your paperwork in with you, in your bag, and use your trip to the toilet to make some notes and double check everything!

Another tip - carry your mobile phone and make a few notes on that as if you're sending a text - I usually jot down names and descriptions while I'm walking around.

And don't forget to ask for the receipt, they don't give them automatically, and on more than one occasion I've been so busy remembering the name of the cashier I've forgotten to ask for it.

Another silly question over here! I'm due to go on holiday soon and was thinking about signing up for an airside job. However, I wondered if you still have to get the report in within the usual 24/48 hours? If so, i don't think I could manage it! I don't really want to lug my laptop with me and the hotel i'm staying at charges $14.50 per day for internet access!!!

A couple of MS firms will ring you after the shop and take the details over the phone - so worth asking the question.

Hi. Can anyone help me, I have been accepted by MCE, they have told me that my user name is my email address and my password is the first two initials of my surname and then the last four digits of my telephone number, but everytime I try it, it is wrong.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi - don't know what to suggest with this. Just send them an e-mail I guess ??

Can't see too many wanting to make overseas calls though (I'm assuming airport implies abroad though I suppose it could be a flight within the UK)

RE have an interesting survey on the site at the moment. Tell them what you think of them and how they can improve!

you even score a point for it :rotfl:hope it brings averages up rather than down! (that is if RE actually every use the points system for anything). On some of the answers they promise that answers will not impact on them offering jobs........but you wil have to do the survey to find out (takes less than 10 minutes)

if you use a pre-fix number it is really cheap (eg just call) - so I imagine it would be part of their package with their provider - they dont worry about those little things like we do
