Can't see too many wanting to make overseas calls though (I'm assuming airport implies abroad though I suppose it could be a flight within the UK)

No, most of the jobs are at UK airports and they ring you in the UK, before you board.

I've done them for RE and they were happy to wait until I returned to the UK over a week later in order to input the results.

Some MS will phone you overseas (though it then costs you to receive the call).
  • Anyone done the pet visits for RE? just wondering what reaction you got from the MOS when you asked to hold the creature you were enquiring about and how you got on with holding it.

I'm a bit worried cos I've got a cat and if it smells it on me then it might go mental !!!
I could end up having critters running around the store.

  • Also just wondering how many pharmacy jobs you can do with RE - I usually have a 3 page shopping list as my prescription so was thinking I could take 1 page to 3 different ones.
mmmm I might check later when I've picked it up.

Take your paperwork in with you, in your bag, and use your trip to the toilet to make some notes and double check everything!

Another tip - carry your mobile phone and make a few notes on that as if you're sending a text - I usually jot down names and descriptions while I'm walking around.

And don't forget to ask for the receipt, they don't give them automatically, and on more than one occasion I've been so busy remembering the name of the cashier I've forgotten to ask for it.

Thanks for the tips they will be of great help. I bet I wouldn't have even thought about the receipt on top of everything else! Anyway, i'm off to do it in 10mins so will let you know how it went!! :o

Are you sure you HAVE to hold the animal? On the ones I've done it was just mentioned that I should see if the member of staff offered to let me hold it - I didn't have to actually ask for this. In the first one, they didn't offer to let me hold one. In the second... actually they didn't offer in the second either, but the bloke did bring out a guinea pig for me to look at, though he held it. I did stroke it and tickle its cheeks, and it didn't seem to be upset (I have two cats at home!)

After all the agro I've seen on here with RE visits saying to do one thing but then asking about another, I've read the questionnaire thoroughly this morning and under one of the questions it says you must ask to see/hold the animal. I'm presuming the animals can been seen through a glass window so I'm thinking it would make more sense to ask to hold it?

Hi. Can anyone help me, I have been accepted by MCE, they have told me that my user name is my email address and my password is the first two initials of my surname and then the last four digits of my telephone number, but everytime I try it, it is wrong.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Probably because the password is case sensitive.

When you completed the form and put down your surname you wrote Scott (the S being capitalised in upper case and the c in lower case)

    If you are entering sc----

    try entering Sc----

Congratulations! I love the Aba-i petrol jobs - they are incredibly easy! I was running out of petrol last week and willing one to come up but it didn't... when I got my first petrol payment through the post I couldn't help but dance! Ha ha. I think my boyfriend thought I was insane!!!

It's nice to see the cash though, rather than a figure on a bank statement!
