Perhaps it has to be visited Monday - Friday? That's my guess anyway but haven't checked TNS so dont' know for definite. Check the breifing notes and see if it says there's specific dates to do the assignment in.

I saw that, noticed that in the job details it says: Visit Info. 1: Tue 7 July 12:00-20:00 Visit Info. 2: Wed 8 July 12:00-20:00

I'm guessing that they might have been the dates they wanted them done?? Not certain but that's the only thing I can think of!

Yes I noticed the visit info 1 and visit info 2 dates, but presumed they were just guidelines or something seeing as the dates have passed and the job is still open! I've emailed area manager so will see what she says.

You have seen the job under "visit search results" between 6 and 12

click on the job

scroll down to "visit 1 info"

you should now see the dates have narrowed from 6-12 to maybe just 2 or 3 dates if they are convenient click to accept the job and a specific date/time will be entered for you

The job then goes into "your visits" there will then be an action tab next to it saying "change" .

Now I have never done this next part, but I assume you would be able to change to any alternative date under the "visit 1 info" heading

Hi Bob,

when I did the search, I just searched for jobs available on 11 or 12 July and that one came up. The dates listed in visit info one and visit info two have already passed so I couldn't get any further as it wouldn't let me enter 11 or 12 July when I tried to select either of those as the date to visit.

Very odd that it's appearing on the search for those particular dates if it's not actually available.

Area manager has got back to me asking for job ID, so will see what she says.

Just heard back from them, the job needs to be done on a Tuesday or Wednesday, so not sure why it came up when I searched for the weekend dates!

Never mind

If anyone is down that way, it looks like they're looking for someone to do it next week as they asked if I was still in the area then, so might be worth getting in touch with them if you can do it then.

Evening all!

I'm having a blonde moment again!:rolleyes:

I have completed 5 jobs for Tern, they have all been marked and I have printed out the claim form..........but........what address do I send the form too! I cannot find the answer anywhere, but as I say i'm 'blonde' and its Friday afternoon/evening so my brain cells are lacking at the moment.

Well now we know! :j I could do it, but its a bit to far out of my way if I haven't got anything else to do in that area. Ah well :rolleyes:
