Is anyone else having trouble with login screens on Abai? I go to the main page and can usually log in first time, no problem. Then when I click on a client, I get the login page again. It's a lottery how many times I have to try to log in here before it will take me through, but usually at least 20. Once there, I run my search, and get directed to another log in page! I've only managed to get past this one once without giving up, and when I did it just took me back to the job search page again!

Is this a common problem, or just likely to be a temporary glitch at their end (it's been happening since last night).

Hi i have just tried this...seem to be okay for me ... maybe give them a call???

Ever since I 'upgraded' to IE8 I've been having the same problems - I now use Firefox for ABAi, with no problems...

Hey thanks for the quick reply. I mean problems with processing payments or even possibly having my details stolen. Although that would be more dependant on my computer being spyware/adware free.

Theoretically somebody 'might' be able to set up a Direct Debit if they have your a/c sort code (although you could cancel this quickly and get the money back via the Direct Debit Guarantee), apart from this the only thing they could do is pay money into your account.

In the time it took you to type that you could probably have answered my query.

If I had found the answer by searching I wouldn't need to ask the question.

I looked for one and everything else on way in. member of staff did everything so i told her i did not bank with them so could not then ask her as that would seem mad wouldnt it. by the time i left the queue was out onto the street as place is so small so i rechecked all the walls as best as i could for a phone. unless there is another room that branch customers know about that they can use for phone calls thats all i can suggest and i couldnt ask member of staff :( this is why i said i could pop back in - after all of this ive got to go there next week for non ms shopping so going to go back in and check again so i know if i ever get that branch again that theres some obscure back room for actual customers :rotfl:

I did one where I had to enquire about opening an account and at the end the MOS asked if there was anything else I needed to know so I asked what machines they had and she took me round them all and showed me how to work them.
Guess what? There was indeed an obscure back room with the telephone in! There was no sign on the door or anywhere else.

Time and Time again, people ask the same questions that have been answered several times... and are only a few pages back...
Not having a go but does get a little annoying when the same questions are being asked..;)
