I remember him once having a huge argument with a bar man about being shortchanged on his "not-quite-pint" of beer and I got dragged into that too... For 1cm worth of beer, you'd think you'd let it slide - certainly not worth a 15 minute debate while the rest of your pint goes flat - but not my Dad! Not when he has his trusted Assistant Manager Daughter alongside!

He's lucky to not get barred with that sort of attitude!
  • Blooming questioniare from the site thats 'always down'.

YOU MUST ONLY STATE THEIR NAME AND EXTENSION NUMBER. DO NOT PUT FULL SENTENCES. E.G. ANDREW SMITH 237

So I put for example: Nosey Parker 445

You've guessed it, won't be accepted as I need to add more to the question to validate it. I put (Ihave added this as I could not validate the question otherwise!)

Just waiting to be sacked now!

I CAN'T FIND IT, now if you can't provide a link to the page fair enough, but don't have a pop at me because you are a little annoyed that I asked a question.
We all need help at times, maybe you will one day.

SERIOUSLY?? I answered your question by explaining step by step how to do it......

I know its been mentioned many many many times but this is how I did it...

go to google and click 'advance search' next to the search box.

Then, in the 'Search within a site or domain' box type the ABA-i web address. It should then bring up all different clients for you to register with each.

    HTH ;)

I can understand why people get frustrated.

phone the branch or bank pretending to phone on behalf of someone with an account and ask if that particular branch has automated machines

You could try searching on their website for the branch, some banks list what facilities are available in each branch.
    Happy New Year

Although, now know never to go out for a meal with my Dad as if we ever get bad service when we're out (not that my parents invite me out with them much anymore! As I've fled the nest, I've given up those privaledges!) he always brings it up...

"My daughter was an Assistant Manager of a Restaurant! I think she knows what good service/food is!"

That reminds me of my Grandma. My Dad was the first person in the family to get a degree, so that was "announced" at every available opportunity.

He's still got the gown that she insisted she had to buy him for his graduation and it's the same colours that I'll have to wear when I graduate. I'm going to wear the gown and will be thinking of her, as she would have been so proud of another degree in the family.

Anyway - back to MS chat!

I'm frustrated with ESA. I did a job last week and the garage had closed down, so I rang them to let them know.

Yesterday it was allocated to my page to do again, so I declined it and explained I'd already been and it was closed down.

A man rang this afternoon, and he said he had a couple of similar jobs in the Newcastle area. I told him just to stick them all on my account and I'd do them tomorrow, but I never checked the actual locations with him as I was in the middle of cooking. Just logged on and he's added the closed down branch again - arrrghh!
Here I go again on my own....

This happened to me a while back, they didnt put the soft drink on the bill. They had originally brought the wrong drink over and had apologised profuselyabout this so I called RE and told them that they had not added it to the bill by way of an apology for getting it wrong. (this was the truth btw!) It would have been a dead givaway if i had insisted they put it back on the bill!
anyway they were fine about it and i got paid.
Ref my predicament with the italian bros job on sunday My report went through no probs this afternoon,no phone call or email from the readers :T

Just had to cancel all my jobs for this week. 5-year old son has suspected swine flu. I probably won't be about much for the next few days.

In the time it took you to type that you could probably have answered my query.

If I had found the answer by searching I wouldn't need to ask the question.

Scotsbob, you received a kind and polite reply. If you really want help and get answers then you might want to change your way of trying to relate to a very helpful group of people.
