I went in, and approached one of the advisors, and said "I'm looking to see whether you have any late deals going to XX".

She replied with "When are you looking to travel?"

(I asked for a late deal you dumb b*tch, isn't that a silly question?! I didn't say that, I'm too polite, believe it or not!)

So I said "Well...whenever really, I can go anytime"

She said, getting the t*t on with me "Well I need a date in order to search"

(In hindsight I should've just walked out and told her to shove it, but I didn't)

So I said as sarcasticly(sp?) as possible: "Well, take your pick, tomorrow...the day after...the day after that...next week...the week after that...WHEN-EVER"

What is wrong with people !!!!!!, she clearly was not enjoying being in a stuffy office on a glorious Saturday afternoon. Either that or she didn't pull the night before, or it was the time of the month.

I reckon it was a combination of the three.

I wouldn't mind, but the destination that I mentioned should have had her begging for my business, this wasn't exactly the Costa Del Sol, if you know what i mean (not that there's anything wrong with the Costa Del Sol, I'm not knocking it!).

    ARGH!!!

    </rant>

"dumb b*tch?", "time of the month" etc etc

Someone has an interesting attitude to women.

Mine seems to be a late response to this as I've just woken up and was trawling yesterday's posts - had to reply instantly as couldn't believe what I was reading.

    Hi,

I had one of these booked for today as well. However, RE rang me this morning to say that the client had pulled out of the evaluation as they would not be at the venues. Luckily, I hadn't left yet! Poor you very annoying when that happens.

Quite jealous now - you're obviously more important than me to get a phone call off them !!!! ;)
I have to laugh though because they've sent me an email asking me to confirm that I will me doing an assignment on Friday - I'm in two minds to ask them back if the client will actually be there !

Also contemplating sending them my dry cleaning bill - they still better pay me - I've got the sniffles this morning !!!!

Just wondering if anyone has ever done any work for PIP? What are they like? I have a job booked in where I have to make an enquiry at a bank and take a fake address and my passport . I'm guessing that's normal?

I did two last week. I tried hard to remember the addresses before I went and even put them in my phone :o but in both branches I was not even asked about the addresses or the passport.
