In my opinion, you have a little too much to say for yourself for someone who openly admits to not doing MS for very long

Well...we're all entitled to our views and opinions, and yes, maybe I am a little opinionated, but that's hardly a bad thing...is it?!

I've done jobs for them before, but only 'cos they rang me up to ask me to do them .. never actually seen them on the board before though

anyone doing the fashion phone call for RE - mine is set for tomorrow? If so have you found something for the reimbursement figure??? I think the job was released as I got it this morning but cannot see anything so any help would be good :)

im bumping myself as unless anyone can help me with this phone call im cancelling it in next half an hour as cannot see how reimbursement can possibly be enough - i would not recommend these calls to anyone because of this and is probably why it had been released

Sorry but I am going to defend travel agents as I work in one (i do the money though!) We do need a date to look for holidays and when people come in saying I want cheap anywhere anydate and then we find something they say things like I can't go then....thats too expensive.....I don't want to go there because they have refused to give us any info when we ask!

You say this, but the advisor I spoke to just picked a date to start from and went from there. She wasn't phased at all by the fact I had near on three months to play with and no idea where I wanted to go. She even hunted through her computer system, entering different dates to see which dates were cheaper. So it can be done without dates. I think it all depends how much effort the advisor can be bothered to put in. :p

Yup, it's called using your initiative, or however it is spelled (I'm tired!).

If the member of staff looks for holidays say, within the next 4 weeks (what I'd class as a late deal), and the customer say's he's looking for something in 3 months' time, then it's he who is the moron, not the Travel Agent.

    Hi Angel,

did you get your link for the TNS job we were speaking about at the weekend??

no im obviously not good enough  how about you? ive done first job for tern today, first petrol one for ABAI at weekend and first catalogue one for them to do this week, first ever job with ESA this week and first meal with TNS last saturday. so lots of new things. i have literally more work than i can handle booked (son has work experience hence i have 2 40 mile round trips to do to get him there and back so days are shorter becuase of this. but i am worried half of this work wont actaully happen/ 2 of the 4 RE stations I have had to release as couldnt give me dates I could do them on and i had 3 out of date meals with them and ive sent them dates i can do each of them 3 times now and still dont know if ive got them or not. frustrating as I just need a yes or no answer as if not i can release them and they can find someone else.

anyhow had terrible connection problems earlier so only managed to save 1 out of 3 reports so got to get on with them now - get all my recipets n photos on to pc for all reports and then reorganise my extra busy calendar! Just picked up two lasdt minute GFK jobs in next couiple of days - really dont have time to fit them in but one is on the route path to work experience so couldnt turn it down when i will be driving past the place! its fitting all the reports in as well thats the pain plus i am ever so worried about how long TNS supermarket reports/work take as I have 7 of them this week as well. i need to job share my work as end of the month is empty - i knew id get all the work the two weeks im tied in with these long drives!
sorry about typos too busy n tired to sort them out right now! i will be back later when i am report free and can relax and ive just got to print everything for my jobs tomorrow :)

Are they as complicated as they look when you actually get in there to do it? I suppose that type of store may necessitate a shopping list though ;)
