You can send them a message through the Enquiry button on the website (it's on the right in the top menu thing). They usually take a couple of days to get back to you though.

Yeah, send them via email though, don't wanna clog up this thread with great long error messages!

I'm really doubting whether I'll be able to do an openoffice version tbh...

PM me your email address and I'll send you one that might work. You can be my openoffice tester.

Can I be another Open Office tester please?

Just got an email from GAP re a closed down phone shop I tried to do. Apparantly I only get a closed down shop fee for this which in this case is half the fee!! Has anyone else had this cos i thought they paid the lot?

Interesting ... 1st phone job I did with GAP the location was not there as building works had knocked it down - told them and they said I would get paid in full.

Second and third phone shops I had with them were closed on the 2 days they offered me the job for, but they had told me (and it was in the briefing notes) that it was open on saturday. But they were closed on sat, so they sent a very confusing email saying that I would get closed shop fee (just over half) for 1 of them and full fee for the other! But they also rescheduled the 2nd one for me to the 10th, so if I do that, I'll get paid twice for it apparently. Crazy!!

Oh and Karamel - don't worry if they haven't called you - GAP called me before I had even done my first job (!) as they noticed I had booked a lot and some of them were in an area that they desparately needed shoppers and had an urgent assignment that needed doing. It couldn't have been anything to do with whether I was good or not, because I hadn't even done an assignment yet. So don't worry! x
