Maybe he ate too many pancakes and fell asleep:D

ooooo I did read most of the 17p one, thank god my kids are older, I would hate to be in that situation. I have applied for a basic HSNC account as that is where my business one has been opened, I have a small amount of money in the business account that I put there for emergancies sooo if I need to I can use that.

Oh they have sleepovers, I have a few airbeds stashed as what starts out as 1 extra kid somehow turns into 4 extra kids. I have picked up a freeads and sofa's aren't too bad, looks like I get to move in the weekend before DD2's birthday I am starting to look forward to it.
Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:

Think everything is just about sorted for the move, as in papaers and such....March and April are going to be ver very very tight months money wise:mad: but at least I have enogh money put away for DD2's birthady.

My problem is that there is very little property going round here, it is either 1 bed flats or 4 bed houses ( which I def can't afford), so I have found this flat.

Now, teh only time I can take the flat is 10th March......my lease here runs out o 6th April.....but there is nothing else going here, sooooooo, somehow I have to pay rent on 2 properties and the deposit on the new one.....though the new landlord is letting me get away without paying the bond until the current agent gives it back to me, which is something to be thankful for.

Running and TKD are going pretty well, fencing no so good as there no mostly junior competitions around ( I haven't competed for nearly 2 years!!!) and it is starting to wind me up:D

Money wise, I must remember to go to the bank to add a signatue that I forgot for my basic bank account-hope HSBC will let me have one.

But I have managed to sort out the Barc loan I think. I have spoken to their collections department who said If i pay them I can overpay /pay early eithout a penalty.........no word as yet as to whether they will knock off my PPi payments:mad::mad:

  • Did you get your bank account opened ok - I hope so. I wish I had some bright ideas about the leases but can't think of a single thing. Is your flatmate staying on there? Do they then have to find someone to share with?
10th March sounds awfully soon - have you got someone who can give you a hand with moving?

    eers all

mmmmm think I will be moving it all on my own.

No idea where my flatmate is going, he's looking but being very very fussy: for what he's looking for he is going to either have to up his price or drop his ideals

Moving on your own sounds like hard work :(. Maybe you can do it over a few days as you have the overlap with the leases?
How did you get on at the bank?

    Cheers

Looks like it, after much paanicing because things have gone quite I get to fill in all the forms Tmw morning then I will be panicing until all the credit checks and estate agents ref have gone through....then all I have to do is pack ( again)

Must think about repotting everything I planted: the tomatoes are going very well, as is the lettace and carrots but they do need repotting I even have 2 sweetcorn growing.

Not very MSe on Sunday: had to buy lots of art stuff for DD1 for school:

We were given a hamster on sat, one of the ones we hamster sit for, so off I go on Sunday to buy it some food and bedding....and came away with another hamster .......oops:o

Hi LT: you don't want any tomato plants for your allottment do you? I have roughly 30 growing quite happily, one of my jobs fro today is to repot them.

I do miss my allottment and this communal allottment project I have joined is moving soooooooo slowly, we don't even know when we will get the land.

Off to sign the forms , hope it all goes smoothly, hope I am allowed the house. The landlord has approved me though so thats something.

I have been popping into Fays peedle diary and loooooove her new place, am so jealous:D
