Deleted the email not so long ago from email account, so no references to it etc.

Dont think i can ring up saying..
'hi,can you tell me the order number please, and what date it was'0 -

Got to be worth a shot, theres a fairly high chance the person on the other end of the phone will be completely oblivious.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -
Phone to say you are tracking an order! give them the surname and postal code.0

Will ring on monday, but think ill be receiving no information from them about this.
Tbh i cant remember when i ordered it, or what card i used to pay it off.0 -
You can legally demand that they give you the order details under the Data Protection Act (by doing a subject access request).0

They closed for today, noticed they are selling a water butt thing for £50 reduced from £1500..
Could be open to another session, but i think they will provide these before going to court.
The only thing i can see wrong with myself claiming, is that they did not take the cash from my bank, even though i had the confirmation email from them.0 -
Wow!!!!! Just caught up with this - don't know how I missed it.
Well done Mr Beckett, a real star for taking on and winning.
Hope I don't get my water butts now.
BIG CONGRATULATIONS :T :T :T :T

minor issue, they reversed the tx before it physically left your account.
When a card payment is taken it is authorised and then stage 2 is a claim for the money from the retailer. panic not.0 -
