Of course my opinion is to be questioned, but if you look back over the threadthe consensus does seem to be in favour of not expecting to be able to park in a P&C space and taking steps to sort out any issues that arise by other means. Umbrellas for rain, parking at the far end of the car park to address the width issue etc. I am just not convinced you have taken them onboard, if I am wrong I stand corrected.

That may be the consensus from some but certainly not everyone and certianly couldn't be described as general.

Tesco used to do a card that you put onto your windscreen showing that you were a member of the Tesco Baby and Toddler club and were entitled to use a parent and child space. If anyone was parked in one of these spaces without a card on view, there would be a tannoy announcement asking them to move their car.

It is a while since I have used Tesco as don't have one near me at the moment (all set to change this year, currently being built, yippee!!) so don't know whether they still do this but it was great when they did.

    Still whinging?

You could always take Tesco to court for causing you so much stress and inconvenience if it means that much to you!

If the consensus was in favour either way I don't think this thread would still be dragging off after seventeen pages.

Well, they still do the windscreen sticker to show membership of their Baby & Toddler Club.

But I've never heard them tannoy people to move cars not displaying the sticker (six cars when I counted on Thursday afternoon!)

Duuhhh, for a moment I thought you were the Halle Berry.

But as a 4x4 driving moron (with a Masters Degree), I am quite clearly wrong.

Shopping online is for morons - instore you get the choice of produce, dear.
