Somehow, I managed to miss all of jaycat's post and I've been wittering on about George Lansbury since. Doh!

I think I am going to go for Pentonville Prison so that I can get my life back. :D

Have to agree with Jaycat62 - it all makes sense and the end clue fits in with the style of the beginning.

I've not been around much to work on this over the last couple of days, but wondered if the middle 'missing' link related to road names - '***** Place' leading to '**** Drive'.

There are several Places named after those buried in St Pauls - Napier Place joins on to Holland Road (European Drive?) which joins Kensington High Street. Tenuous, but possible?

Pretty sure Jaycat62's right - I'm going with Pentonville Prison!

I think I've got all the links now.
From Melli's first post on which ended in St Paul's cathedral:

Look close there who's next to the History Scribe
History Scribe is Dr Samuel Johnson, next to him is Sir Joshua Reynolds (statues not tombs)
Here para 8 (click on more)

He leads to a place near a European drive
Holland House Kensington has an apartment called the "Sir Joshua Room" containing several of Reynold's works.

Kensington Gardens is a "short stroll" from Holland House (which is now a YH)
    here
And the rest follows from Jaycat62's post about the Elfin Tree.

    Pentonville Prison it is!

Good question, I'm not sure but I think it is a daily.

Its a daily - see below from FAQ on site.

How many answers can I submit?

Only one submission per contestant each day is allowed. The first submission made on any particular day will be taken into account, any further submissions that day will be rejected. This is to prevent people trying to randomly guess the answers.
