christiane wrote: »Odd post? I am not well - going to a health treatment - detect people in the clinic being involved in telling the authorities that I am attending a medical treatment and then being watched to do it? who is paranoid please?
the treatment involves physical exercises and I have a right for privacy doing them - cheers! nothing fishy about that!!
I repeat my question for helP "Are the authorities possibly involved entitled to involve third parties in their search for possible fraudsters, and if not, what can I do about this? Or, in fact, anyone else?"
pls only further replies this this question! thanks
how do you know they were SS fraud squad ? had you asked them ? ask them to have a sit down and talk it over a coffee ?0 -
christiane wrote: »One more time: if a health professional working in this center was involved in informing the authorities that I am receiving treatment there, public or not, do you think that it is legal to do so?
yes i tihnk it is legal to do, the squad asked a member of staff if u were gettting treatment and the staff member answered yes you were then whats the problem,0 -
I would have thought that you receiving treatment could only benefit your claim because it shows you have something wrong and you are obtaining professional treatment for it.
I would be more than happy for them to gather the information they need as it at least shows they are taking an interest in your case.0 -
Another blumming hilarious thread :rotfl::rotfl:make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
the treatment room is a space the public can use when needed, thus, open to the public,
I want to repeat my question one more time and pls the 'leg pullers stay away from answering, since it's not funny - violation of human rights are serious and committed by the state even more!!'
Here the question: If I have proof that a third person 'in the clinic but not in the treatment room' was involved informing the authorities of my presence in the clinice, do you think this is legal or do you agree with me that this constitutes a serious violation of my human rights? Since I am acccused of something to someone else who has nothing to do with the investigation?'0 -
May I suggest you rewrite what you're asking and start from the very beginning? You have only given half a story.christiane wrote: »the treatment room is a space the public can use when needed, thus, open to the public,

I must admit, I don't really follow this. Are you saying 'can the fraud squad ask a medical professional about my treatment' and/or observe it in a public space? If so, yes they can. They can follow you anywhere; to swiming pools, parks, the pub, you name it.
A pal of mine is on incapacity. She's got degenerative spine disease and all treatments (including a course of painful spinal injections) have failed. Some days she *looks* fine. Walks OK, seems to all intents and purposes normal. Others, she looks like a crippled little old lady, bent double, and that's when she can actually get up and out. The reason I tell you this is because to ascertain whether people are genuinely incapactated, they need to build up a profile of evidence, over a period of time, in various scenarios. That's probably what they are doing with you.:idea:0 -

A last attempt:
If I have proof that a member of staff in the clinic has contacted authorities and informed them about my presence in the treatment room, which is public, does this in your opinion constitute a gross breach of privacy law and human rights or not?'
pls only answers to this question!
