Social Security Fraud Squad

Does anyone know if above is allowed to involve 3rd parties, e.g. health care providers in the allocation of whereabouts and doings in above health assessment process? It looks to me that 'I might have been followed into a clinic by one of above, where I do medical and health treatments' to watch my 'agility'. If that was the case, a third person in the clinic must have been approached to let them know that I was there.
Surely, that is illegal and violates my human rights?

Have you got anything to hide?

If not, then you have no reason to complain.

If the place you were followed is routinely accessible to members of the public, then they can follow you in there.

It can be quite amusing - a friend of mine suffered very serious neck injuries in a car accident (no, not 'whiplash'), which prevented her from doing her job and carrying out normal everyday activities.

She was followed a lot and filmed doing things by the insurance company representing the person responsible for the accident.

Imagine the amusement of the court when it was revealed that the private investigators had been following and filming my friend's identical twin sister for the previous six months...:D

    nothing to hide!

but as I said - right for privacy and involvement of third parties is serious human rights violation, I think! Somewhere we need to be able to draw a line for these !!!!!!s!¬

I dont see why you are complaining.
They presumably are doing their job to see if you are committing fraud. If youre not then fine. Its not as if they are watching you take your clothes off to have a bath.

They are being paid to look after the tax payers money (mine and yours) It thats what they have to do to
out the benefit fraudsters, then they have my blessing and i think yu are over reacting.

How can you relate an invasion of privacy to walking down a public street?

    I smell something fishy ...

If you think you are being followed why not report it to the Police?

So do I and normally I ALWAYS assume the best in people.

It wouldn't even enter my head that somebody from the 'SS Fraud Squad' was following me unless I was feeling guilty about something I was claiming (or particularly paranoid).

    What an odd post.

Odd post? I am not well - going to a health treatment - detect people in the clinic being involved in telling the authorities that I am attending a medical treatment and then being watched to do it? who is paranoid please?

the treatment involves physical exercises and I have a right for privacy doing them - cheers! nothing fishy about that!!

I repeat my question for helP "Are the authorities possibly involved entitled to involve third parties in their search for possible fraudsters, and if not, what can I do about this? Or, in fact, anyone else?"

pls only further replies this this question! thanks

Unless 'they' are following you into the treatment room how are they violating your right to privacy?

You need to look at your original post - that implies that you are conducting the treatments, not receiving them.

How can these people see you receiving your treatment? If it involves going outside, then you have no right to dictate who may or may not be in that public area.

We can only give advice on the information given. If you only give half a story, people will make assumptions based on that limited/ misleading information.
