You can't buy Borax in the EU anymore. Borax substitute doesn't work.0 -

we had two seperate nests down the end of our garden last year and i disturbed one on our flowerbed a few weeks ago. couldnt put hot water down due to plants there! :mad:
i think this year they more likely to find something sweet unless i follow ds around with wipes and a dustpan and brush:rotfl:

they dont like cinnamon last yr i sprinkled it down the crack of the path and my wall and it kept them away , just about to do it again this yr ,

WD40 kills the little b*ggers and if you then spray it along your doorsteps it keeps them away for ages and ages.0
