Any progress on this or has the OP found out that there is no case/lost the tribunal and has run off with the tail between his legs?0

The other guy probably does a better job, negotiated better, or is generally more valued by the company.
She was happy with her pay, and now she thinks someone is getting paid more, she wants more? Sounds like greed to me and making things difficult for the others to get an opportunity pay rise.
She should wait until her next review, and if she thinks she deserves more, then justify it. Don't say "oh but so and so earns more". She shoul get the pay rise on her own merits.
If she's that valuable, they ill be happy to give her a pay rise.
We've spent 14 pages telling him that - he just doesn't get it.0 -

the wife received a copy of the assessment criteria last week (well after the consultation period had ended) which showed 4 people had assessed her (her 2 x direct managers and 2 x directors). the scores were blank.
she finally got a copy of the actual scored assessment today and 2 of the above assessors were removed from it!! low and behold only the "equal pay" director and her past director were on it (both would not have a clue what she done in her role). it was signed by both and dated fri 3rd august. the "scorecard" only applied to the H&S dept
ironic that she was told by another director on thursday 2nd aug that her name was on the "to go" list he received. so how was she on that list when she wasnt bein assessed until the next day? hmmmmmm?0 -
Like I said Hedger...
The selection is nearly always pretty much done before notice is even given. Not Again0
