I have signed for a friend and her husband without any problems - I am an NHS Manager but not clinical. This is the only time I have ever used the letters for my degree after my name.
I think the reason why some people are acceptable lies in the nature of their post - ie all NHS staff are CRB (Criminal records bureau) checked and people like the Nursery Nurse who posted earlier will have been subjected to the enhanced CRB check because of their work with children.2026 Decluttering and redistribution 201/1526 Major job list 40/500 Total 241/2026
