I only seem to get through to the scottish centers! Unless you lot all do the accents to confuse me XD Although the last few days I can actually understand the accents, must be through to you guys! One day i'll end up on the phone to you XD

hey sorry for delayed reply! yeah got the sky contract...i've had the 2 weeks training and just finished my first week of taking sky calls rather than tmobile!

If you are a contract holder, it is very likely that you will talk to someone in the UK. They know you are a contract holder before you are put through to an agent.
