T-Mobile - Disgusting!

As store staff, I was disgusted to hear of this - I dislike Manilla customer services, as so many times they tell us the wrong information - adore getting through to the scottish centers, never had an issue with them, upsetting to hear of this though~*Cerenia*~

No problem, one would have thought your current employer would give it to you all, im sure there is a directive to do so under transfer to another company that they should.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -

Thanks
I get frustrated with Manila as both an employee (having to fix their !!!! ups!) and as a customer (calling them and knowing they won't be doing what they say they are doing!).0 -

Well get everyone's email at work as that PDF shows how you are all protected.
Print off a few copies & raid the photocopier at work
Self education is a marvell, the internet is an amazing deployment for that.....
I am just finalising my law degree & its shocks me how little people know of the law or their rights ! I was always aware of mine, thats why I decided to do law, just seemed something I was good at & enjoyed.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... Hi Diamonds!
Just out of interest where abouts is the Voda PAYG Call Centre thats near Glasgow?
I know the O2 call centre is up at Sky Park but i wasn't aware there was a Voda Call Centre in Glasgow.0 -
well my wife will be calling tomorrow to cancel her t-mobile contract cause she hate oversea call centre with a passion. (she cant understand their english) so avoid them like a plague. ie choose options to speak to a UK base or pass the phone to me.0

Garlands ( England), TSC and FirstSource ( in NI ) do Voda's outsourcing, TSC - they do T-Mobile in Glasgow aswell, well will do till 31st July.
Vertex used to do Edinburgh based Voda payg until V streamlined and cut 2 of its outsourcing companies away 18 months ago approx.
The same Voda call centre does Voda's reseller Asda customer care.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -

Also, when we asked the consultation committee about actually moving over there, they said it's not possible as the call centre in Manila isn't even recruiting! They have got all their staff ready and trained for the switch over on 31st July.
To this date 24/7 haven't been in contact regarding their intentions / whether they would acknowledge international TUPE - nor do i expect them to. Hence the reason all CS Staff at Dearne Valley have been given a compromise agreement to sign.
From a collective committee point of view i absolutely appreciate your frustration in terms of getting answers to questions you're asking. From someone on the committees point of view - it's equally frustrating trying to get answers for these questions when pretty much everything that was asked is responded to with a 'we'll get back to you' - not what people want to hear.
In the meeting they were only represented at director level for the first 3-4 meetings, after that they were represented by a business manager and HRBP. From a customer services point of view it certainly feels like we were forgotten about at the expense of other (back office) departments in the same situation.
My opinion on the whole thing is that T-Mobile will reap what they sow in the long term........First name Mister

Does any !!!!ed of T-Mobile employee wanna help me cancel my contract without early termination fee then... :P - pm.
It's disgusting that T-Mobile are treating their staff like this.. I've just taken T-Mobile to CISAS over a price rise dispute and small claims after that if i have to.
Shall be going Orange / Vodaphone for both me and the wife and never looking back0
