I tend to use actual postage plus about 5p-15p for envelope and checking my expanded seller dashboard for my personal selling account today I have two buyers who have left me a 1 or 2 * for postage. So it looks like any extra postage is too high for some people. I also have 2 lots of 1 or 2 * for item not as described, yet I have nothing but glowing feedback which I find very odd.

At this rate I'll get banned although luckily my overall stars are still all 4.8 or 4.9 .

Personally I rather suspect other sellers using their buying accounts to leave low stars to push other sellers into lower figures to make themselves look better.

maybe, however i feel its more to do with some buyers not taking the star system seriously (why should they i suppose) and just clicking whatever ratings for fun.

this week i have added a note to my invoice politely making buyers aware that anything other than 5 stars is a negative, as i don't think it is at all obvious that 4 stars is punishing a seller.
