well still very early days, no sign of increase in sales yet.
but my rating for P&P has dropped ! (which i'd already been warned about)
this obviously leads me to the thought that if i offer free P&P on all my listings, there should be no option to leave a rating for P&P charges, it should be auto 5 stars, or no place for a rating at all.
but this would make too much sense !:grouphug:

That is an excellent point, but thats not ebay's way is it!
IMO A better way would surely have been to include p&p as part of the listing fees/ FVF. Therefore no advantage to a seller to charge more p&p and less for the item.0 -
^^ i think your missing something though, people charge more p&p to make money on top of the p&p costs, not to avoid fvf.:grouphug:

Exactly, If Ebay let you list for say 1.99 for free then not so many people would have high postage costs0 -

They do both0 -
^^ i suppose, i just don't see the point when the fvf on the amount you would overcharge would be pence.:grouphug:

I have a query about postage. If someone is loading paypal fees into their postage rate, is this considered fee avoidance?0
-
when u say paypal fee's, do you mean for the whole amount, or just the P&P ?
as a lot of sellers add the extra paypal fee incurred for the p&p part of the transaction.:grouphug:

Depend on how much I have seen postage of £160 avoiding fees that would be £16 FVF for a private seller.0
