Yes, generally pleased with the overall pacing Becky.

Feeling tired legs again this week (again) so waiting for another boost in something in a week or so :undecided. Hoping this is the result of the consistent training over the last few months showing through as it does from time to time.

Indeed - I had one of those last week and its sooo motivating but sadly it cant be every week eh :p
  • You have my sympathy on the tired legs krider; mine were a bit weary this morning. I think my hilly run tomorrow is going to be very much on the slow side.

Hope you enjoy your running at the weekend; it's great exploring new places isn't it??

I wasnt sure how the legs would react tonight, being the 3rd fast race in 5 days, but they certainly felt good during the warm up and the first half of the race which was pretty swift. In the closing stages though the cumulative effects of all the speedwork definitely started to tell and the treading treacle effect started to kick in.

Bearing that in mind I am well pleased with the fatsest race of the series and hope that there will be more to come in the last race of the season in 3 weeks time.:D

Good running Simply and good luck for your 20 at the weekend, and nice runs from you too krider!

Well done Rich a PB for the series with tired legs - very good :-)

I think I'm going to move my hill/interval work to a Thursday as then I have a rest day on Friday, I found the rest of the week hard going last week after the hills on Monday and am pleased with the improvement this week.
