    I'd say if you're not feeling tired, go for it! Then you don't have to worry about missing parkrun.

    On the other hand, if you are considering the Wimbledon parkrun, I'd say rest today and definitely run parkrun so that I'll have a face I recognise there!

    Well I may do Leeds or not depending on how tired I am since I arrive at 3am and have to get up at 6:30 for the race you see...hmmmm

    You DID say that! To be honest, I don't think it's worth it. 3 1/2 hours sleep isn't much! I'd run today, forget about parkrun and sleep a bit longer tomorrow! But that's just me...

    I know and I should be getting lots for the Eccup on sunday too - but I really want to beat last weeks crummy time...and hahaha did you see the photos of me - awful!!! :p

    Forget about your time, you'll get another shot at it in a few weeks time. I didn't see the photos, but will have a look now! Bet mine aren't any better as I'd just gotten out of bed and headed out without checking the mirror.

    I do that every week - and I get the bus there - heaven knows what people think (I usually do remember to brush my teeth though :p)
