Am still deciding whether to go out today - its my rest day but I'm not sure I'll get out tomorrow for the parkrun hmmmmmmm
I'd say if you're not feeling tired, go for it! Then you don't have to worry about missing parkrun.
On the other hand, if you are considering the Wimbledon parkrun, I'd say rest today and definitely run parkrun so that I'll have a face I recognise there!Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -

True, it is! But you are a hard one to keep track of!
OK, that's just an excuse, I'm sure you told me that at last week's parkrun and probably again since!Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -
Rich has a little homing device
Well I may do Leeds or not depending on how tired I am since I arrive at 3am and have to get up at 6:30 for the race you see...hmmmm0 -

You DID say that! To be honest, I don't think it's worth it. 3 1/2 hours sleep isn't much! I'd run today, forget about parkrun and sleep a bit longer tomorrow! But that's just me...Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -

Forget about your time, you'll get another shot at it in a few weeks time. I didn't see the photos, but will have a look now! Bet mine aren't any better as I'd just gotten out of bed and headed out without checking the mirror.Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -
