laptop driving me nuts, i think its vistas fault

When i did that cleaner thing before and disabled a list of things, do i need to do anything about that?0 -

Most certainly. It will be slow going but the best thing is to tick one each time you log in then reboot and see if it works fine to try to determine which (If any) is creating the problem

Its not a 2 minute job so its upto you
But press SHIFT and PRINT SCREEN keys together
Open 'paint' and PASTE the image to there
SAVE AS a jpg image
Upload to PHOTOBUCKET or suchlike
Then get the imahe hosted onto here

Avira up and running now. Cant find that list of things in the cleaner that i disable now. would it be in tools?0

everything seems ok apart from i keep getting a box popping up that says........acer eDataSecurity System Error.........eDataSecurity was not properly installed! Please reinstall the software.
Dont suppose you have any idea what this is?0 -

Yes. I believe a part of the acer software possibly got infected which we removed
Insert the disc (I assume an acer disc came with the computer?)
and reinstall the software (Although im suprised anything comes up as ccleaner should have stopped it in the 'start up' list):idea:0 -

i got as far as uploading to photo bucket but i done know how to get it here.
I havent got a disc for the acer thing it was already on laptop0
