Please post the complete log it creates (This only SCANS it DOESNT delete anything, so we'd need to see anything it finds)
The scan will likely take anywhere from 5 to 12 hours to complete!

morning, i cant get that page to load. I can go to www.kaspersky.co.uk but when i click on the free virus scan it just takes forever but doesnt actually get there as with the link above.
Im really starting to hate computers now ha

Download SUPERANTISPYWARE (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

UPDATE and PERFORM COMPLETE SCAN
(Then goto console and LOGS and post the log it created then untick it from STARTING UP WITH WINDOWS)

just to make doubly sure, when i first click it do i chose run or save?

run should be fine. But theres nothing to stop you SAVEing then running it.

hi didnt get a chance to do the above, it said logging off and again as usual got stuck. I pressed the button to turn off and restarted. This time when ive turned it back on after the welcome screen the screen has gone black and the i have got a movable cursar. Cant do anything now - dont know weather to press button again, am using the family computer to access internet. Im assuming its well and truly knackered now

reboot and keep pressing F8 until the SAFE MODE screen pops up
Select SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

try through that
