run a KASPERSKY ONLINE SCAN (click to scan 'MY COMPUTER')

Please post the complete log it creates (This only SCANS it DOESNT delete anything, so we'd need to see anything it finds)

morning, i cant get that page to load. I can go to www.kaspersky.co.uk but when i click on the free virus scan it just takes forever but doesnt actually get there as with the link above.

hi didnt get a chance to do the above, it said logging off and again as usual got stuck. I pressed the button to turn off and restarted. This time when ive turned it back on after the welcome screen the screen has gone black and the i have got a movable cursar. Cant do anything now - dont know weather to press button again, am using the family computer to access internet. Im assuming its well and truly knackered now0

reboot and keep pressing F8 until the SAFE MODE screen pops up
