    Just spotted this one.
    The story would have been given more credence had the poster not been a newbie.

    That aside, the OP is under no obligation to do anything. It is for the alleged bumpee to prove. Police wont be interested. They are only interested if you leave the scene of an accident and/or a person or dog or similar has been injured. I think hedgehogs and similar do not count.

    I counted 6 or 7 posts in the first couple of hours of the thread that either implied the OP was lying and/or directly said they thought so.

    None were made by either of you???

    Forum hardman from CM ?? Oh dear.

    I know what I come here for and sometimes achieve it. It doesn't normally involve a case like this but I was bemused enough about the peculiar attitudes on this so-called 'help' forum to post.

    If you both want to start making implied threats, fine by me, it can only be your loss, of credibility at least.

    Shame the thread still has no response from the OP. I'm intrigued now!
