I got my vouchers at the weekend. TBH it wasn't as much as I'd been led to believe but it was unexpected and it was free and a nice to start to the day! :)

i got the full £60 payment for the trial,i would have been far from happy had i got any less to be honest,i also think your wrong to say its free as there will be 1000s of pounds exchanged for these trials and we just happen to be at the bottom of the ladder, when they sent the trial out they said £30 for each which is what should be paid in full at the end whether post has been lost or not, when i phoned em a few week ago to ask where the payments where they told me they hadnt recieved 2 of my questionares so i did expect to have to phone em if i didnt recieve full payment but they changed the rules and it fell in my favour,i think what they have done with some people by saying they had a post issue and not paying the full ammount is totally wrong, just my opinion.;)

I wish I'd known they only wanted you to use it on sunny days, I know it sounds obvious but sometimes I put it on my children when it was sunny in the morning but turned cloudy later. I was under the impression that you should apply suncream on children if it's hot and even if it's cloudy as sometimes rays can still get through. It seems like ages ago now as I filled in the questionnaires before the children broke up for the summer hols, but didn't we have to put on the form what the weather was like AM and then PM?, if so if it was sunny am but cloudy pm what are they going to do!

I do feel like Boots haven't been very fair with us, they seem to have changed the goal posts part way through. I think if we have taken the time to fill out each form we should get paid for each form. I'm not stupid and wouldn't have applied the cream unless it was necessary, for example on one day my daughter was having her sports day, the weather was mainly overcast but the sun kept coming through so I made sure that my daughter was protected, maybe I should have lied and said it was sunny and then I would have been paid.

100% agree with everything youve said,it said nothing about the weather affecting the payments at the start.soltan would have paid boots what they agreed at the start, seems that wasnt enough.
