Hi has anyone been registered for a trial and not received anything? I have looked at the trials iv put my name down for and next to the sun cream and primer it says registered, I have done the sun cream one just not had anything else delivered....

registered just means you have registered your interest in it, it doesnt mean you will receive it as they only pick 65 people per item to test.

Its a case of registering and then seeing what pops through the door unfortunately.

thats what i thought, but they have changed the trials page, when you put your name forwards it says Requested, so looking that i have done the sun cream one and that says registered all the rest say requested apart from the primer, i will have to phone and see, i hate talking on the phone lol

Oh, No idea !

I just checked mine and they all say requested, ones that I have received and ones that I havent so who knows?

Mines the same Sarah.. I've a mixture of requested, recruited and completed alongside my trials... not consistent with trials I have done or not done either.

So, nothing has changed, it's still the same by the looks of it - you just don't know which trials you are included in until they drop through your letterbox!

I dont think they have been recruiting for some time now buts its worth a try?
