So far I have been sent plenty of requests to test stuff in their lab but I cant do it as I have a baby and cant take him with me. Does anyone get samples to test at home as I would be most happy to that. Otherwise it isnt worth it for me
You don't get emails for the trials you have to go in and request them. You can also go in and request that you only do at home trials. Its all on the home page if you log inNever give up the dream! :beer:0 -
I phoned them about this ,this morning ,as I only recieved £45 -they said ....
'We only paid for the days you marked as Sunny ,not as cloudy or any other days'
Explains it ,as it is sun cream :rotfl:Wish I had known that at the time though .
yeh i got the full ammount cos funnily enough it was sunny every day:DIm known as the 'Fixer' if you have a problem, come to me and i can fix it for you.0 -

I wish I'd known they only wanted you to use it on sunny days, I know it sounds obvious but sometimes I put it on my children when it was sunny in the morning but turned cloudy later. I was under the impression that you should apply suncream on children if it's hot and even if it's cloudy as sometimes rays can still get through. It seems like ages ago now as I filled in the questionnaires before the children broke up for the summer hols, but didn't we have to put on the form what the weather was like AM and then PM?, if so if it was sunny am but cloudy pm what are they going to do!
I do feel like Boots haven't been very fair with us, they seem to have changed the goal posts part way through. I think if we have taken the time to fill out each form we should get paid for each form. I'm not stupid and wouldn't have applied the cream unless it was necessary, for example on one day my daughter was having her sports day, the weather was mainly overcast but the sun kept coming through so I made sure that my daughter was protected, maybe I should have lied and said it was sunny and then I would have been paid.0 -

Thanks for letting us know Poppyseed. You might know it's the ones they've got to pay for that go missing!!, It's the first time in over 2 years they have said they haven't received something I've sent.
According to the suite some of mine are missing too. I did two trials and sent them back each week at the same time but in two separate envelopes, but they have received more for one trial than the other!0 -

Thats ok hun, typical like you I sent mine each week in 2 separate envelopes and doing 2 lots took a lot of filling out didnt it and snap nothing else of mine over the past few years has gone missing,im waiting to see if another £25 comes as i have to call back if it doesnt, funny how they received exactly 12 each of mine wonder if 2 of my envelopes with 3 questionnairres each were taken out of their post box, still its not our fault that they are missing, maybe emailing them in would of been better, least they would have definately got them,i feel sorry as some people apparently sent the lot back in one envelope and they all got lost.
You're right hun, it would have been much better if we could have emailed them, I think it's about time they changed their system so that we can email all questionnaires back. It would make it an easier system, probably for us and them.0 -
