Yay! Just had a primer sent to me to trial! Its the first trial I've had since about May- I had thought they'd stopped including me in trials as they had sent me back several reminder emails for past products they said they'd not had back (despite me sending them back and on time). Was going to give it until Christmas to email them to ask, now I wont have to
Just to say to anyone else in the same boat- hold out, it can still happen!0 -

So far I have been sent plenty of requests to test stuff in their lab but I cant do it as I have a baby and cant take him with me. Does anyone get samples to test at home as I would be most happy to that. Otherwise it isnt worth it for me

I've now got a skin primer to test, which is lovely
Although tiny tiny amount in the tube, and I'm meant to use it 5 times...
Also got a straight hair conditioner. Again, due to the length of my hair and the amount of conditioner it needs, there's enough for maybe 2 uses..0 -
I received my first trial 3 weeks ago! It was the firming moisturiser (I presume). I got two parcels, both with the two samples in each so one was a duplicate and neither of them received a questionnaire or any paperwork at all inside.
I've phoned the contact number on the website two times (also emailed plenty of times and no reply) and spoke to the same woman who said she would get the person who sends out the products to ring me back but nothing. Was honest and said I had received duplicate parcels.
Has anyone got another contact method such as a different email address to the generic one or a different phone number? I have no idea when this trial ends with no paperwork and I'm worried I have already missed the deadline.October Wins: £100 photobook voucher, sippy cup and booster seat.0 -
I've just received my suntan payment today, I did two trials and sent every questionnaire back, but I've only received £20 instead of £60
so I'm not a happy bunny.

I phoned them about this ,this morning ,as I only recieved £45 -they said ....
'We only paid for the days you marked as Sunny ,not as cloudy or any other days'
Explains it ,as it is sun cream :rotfl:Wish I had known that at the time though .I once prayed to god for a bike, but quickly found out he didnt work that way...so I stole a bike and prayed for his forgiveness .........0 -

That must be why, but according to the letter they have only put down one trial number but I did two trials, factor 30 and factor 50+, I put cream on my two children on the same days, so I would have thought I should have at least £40!0
