boots are a bit hit and miss. It looks like you're recruited but there aren't enough samples to go round. They just send samples out in the post with the questionnaires. Some months I get lots to test others I get nothing. Don't worry!

When it states your recruited it doesn't mean you get to do the trial, it just means you applied in time and along with everyone elses (probably hundreds of thousands by now!) you will be considered. No one knows if its randomly picked or based on anything else, it can just seem like pot luck as to if you get something to trial or not.

I have in the past been sent trials and sent them back in time yet been sent an email saying they had no paperwork back despite me sending it back in good time. I have also had emails requesting results for trials I never had arrive to me- its then you want to worry!

Tizzzzy thats exactly what its like,I dont like it either,at least we can report back the problems we have had with it and hopefully it wont make the shelves.

I've been a member of the boots trials for a few years and used to get a fair few trials. However, I have had nothing for months now (since I changed my name on their system). Does anyone have any other contact details apart from what's on the boots site.

I have emailed them twice but got no reply. I have tried to call the 0800 915 0741 and 0115 959 4158 but not connecting both lines just go beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!!

Might try a fax, but not sure if I'll get a response from that.

Has anyone ever managed to get Boots to reveal what the product they're testing is? even after the tests are finished?

I'm loving this face serum- my skins the best its looked for years and i want to know what it is

(totally agree with everyone about the body lotion though- yucky)

yes, you can ask them... but you have to wait until 6 months after the trial has finished.
