yes, you can ask them... but you have to wait until 6 months after the trial has finished.

Thats great. Thanks for that :jThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

Hi,
I've been a member of the boots trials for a few years and used to get a fair few trials. However, I have had nothing for months now (since I changed my name on their system). Does anyone have any other contact details apart from what's on the boots site.
I have emailed them twice but got no reply. I have tried to call the 0800 915 0741 and 0115 959 4158 but not connecting both lines just go beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!!
Might try a fax, but not sure if I'll get a response from that.
Thanks
egf
I have just called boots on the 08009150741 number and had no problems getting through.0 -
They've just sent me yet another item I didn't request and I don't want to test - that's 3 now! :mad:0

Quoting myself but I emailed them and they apologised for all the mistakes and told me to dispose of the item or send it back to them whichever I was happy with doing.

Have also just had an item I didn't ask for: self tan gel. TBH I don't even remember seeing this on the site in the first place! Am going to send it back, seems a shame to throw the whole thing away. I have super pale skin and I kinda like it that way. Don't like to use fake tan and never have.
Maybe they have a new admin team in? Has happened before to me and seems like I'm not alone!0 -
I also received the self tan gel yesterday, which I didn't see or ask for, so I sent it back and emailed them.
This was their response:-
"Thanks Skymist,
These were sent out in error, thank you for returning.
Regards
Stephanie"
