havent had anything for a while since the moisturiser that made my skin dry.. have applied for loads tho.. usually they fit through the letterbox tho my local PO has a habit of claiming they dont and having to go pick them up at the depot.. (then coming home and proving they do fit)

I have received two shower gels, one in a slim plastic bottle and the other, a green one - no idea what the scent is, was in a very fat tube that didn't fit through the letter box. Luckily we have a good postman who left a note to say that he had left it in the recycling box.

I do wish they'd sort their system out! Sent my questionnaires back a good two or three weeks ago and had nothing outstanding.

Early last week, I had one of their letters saying:
We could not process your full order due to:
The number of samples you already have listed on your record.

A couple of days later I had one saying:

"you already have the maximum number of samples allowed at any one time allocated to your record"...

A day or so after that I received a handwash and the following day, a shower gel turned up!

I find it bizarre how a company the size of Boots have such a manual process and haven't got the questionnaires set up electronically! When I spoke to them months ago (must have been the beginning of last year), I was told they'd got 2,500 people on their panel. The paperwork their end must be horrendous!

had another letter from them saying they didnt have enough samples. they really dont need to go to the effort and expense. After all this time trialling. If i dont get I assume I missed out..

Yes I got one too . For the Lime shower gel , wonder why they choose the Lime one to tell me about as there were loads of shower gels that day . Great big envelope and hand written !

i had a letter for the lime gel as well, today i had a letter for the hand cream, even though i didn't request it :rotfl:
