Not to worry. At the time I thought I should write it down as the long trials always make me confused and as the last few months seem to have flown by I honestly can't remember. I don't know how we are at the end of March already it's crazy!!

I just received a pink shower gel, it wasn't closed properly and spilled all over the questionnaire and envelope!

Hi, I was just wondering whether someone could answer a quick query. I've just started my first trial for the cleansing wipes and received them today. It says to use the wipes for 2 weeks, but then on the questionnaire it says return before 2 weeks - does this mean it has to get back to Boots before the 2 weeks are up?

The same here. I got purple shower gel and was not closed properly either..

Send it back as soon as you have finished the 2 week trial .
