    When you sign up you're put on a waiting list of people wanting to trial - they work through that list at times. I found I got on though after emailing to ask as I hadn't heard anything, so may be worth doing - at least so they remember you exist and want to do it.

    After that I recieved forms to send back and then got my login details.

    I"ve just had a mascara delivered tho I havent applied for one since last november. the UT number is one digit higher than the trial i applied for in Nov..??IT's for volumising mascara and they want you to apply EIGHT coats...

    Sounds like the one I received yesterday UT 7527.. 2 coats in morning, end of the day another 2 coats, then another 2 and then another two!

    Me too, and I don't remember it either and now I have fake lashes applied individually every three weeks anyway, oh dear :(

    I received the smelly foot thing whilst I was away at some point - postie left it in the bin for me. Can anyone tell me how long ago it was sent out?

    Sorry I cant help with when that arrived as I said no to that trial.

    I always write a date to send the questionnaires off on the gummed part of each envelope to remind me. Hope that helps.
