Had that email too. Postie just came with Mens shave Balm . Another one not on my list.

Does anyone else get products they don't apply for?

I make sure I never ask for face cream as my skin is too fickle and doesn't like No.7 (gets spots which are very painful and deeply embedded) and I also don't have/use a bath I only use a shower so never ask for bath products.

Yet I get these types of products sent to me.

I have emailed but no reply, not sure what to do as I don't want to waste postage on sending back stuff I cannot and have not tried. Does this happen to anyone else?

yes it does,all the time I got shave balm for men today I didn't ask for it,but I'll get OH to test it for me. If it's a small item like eyeshadow I send it back in the prepaid envelope with the questionaire and tell them I didn't request it

I received a shower gel. The envelope was quite thick so postie couldn't fit it thru my letter box. I had to go the the post office depot to pick it up. Anyone had this problem? I thought they were designed to fit thru the letterbox.

I received a shower gel yesterday and so did my OH, both were on the mat when I got home, fitted through the letterbox quite easily.
