what was the comment if you do not mind me asking?

All i wrote was that it was the best body cream that I had used ever ?! They said could they quote me and I said of course!

I figure if a comment like that can get loads of goodies then any comment can!!

I had a call from the evaluation suite a month or so ago asking if they could use one of my comments that I had put on the boots form for a body cream that I trialled last year and when I said of course you can they said that they will send me a goody bag as a way of thanks which will be the make that I tested.

I received a big bag of Soap and Glory products, almost everything in the range I think

    Congratulations! :T

I've just received one of those letters with the tickboxes on from Boots saying:

We could not process your full order due to:
The number of samples you already have listed on your record.

Does anyone know exactly what this means?

    I'm a little confused!

There is the option at the bottom saying "you already have the maximum number of samples allowed at any one time allocated to your record"... but this wasn't ticked. In any case, I don't have any products that I am testing at the moment - sent all questionnaires back a good couple of weeks ago but they do sometimes have a huge backlog don't they - so I could have understood if this one was ticked!
