I had 2 letters today , 1 saying could not process my full order due to limited sample availablity . this was for hand/body lotion The other letter ,we could not process your order due to the number of products you are already testing . (I only have 2 on the go at the moment) this was for rescue balm.
I would love to know why they send these letters out when they only do it for a few out of the dozens we apply for .

What a waste of money sending these letters. I've always assumed that if I don't receive a product then I am not one of the lucky ones so why send a letter.

I got these as well today, I'm only doing two things just now, there have been times when I've been testing a lot more, but what really made me laugh was these were products I hadn't requested anyway! :rotfl:

lots of nice shower gels on there. no ta to body polish whatever that is.. i'd love any of the fruity ones and am also still hoping for a lip balm one day..am not testing anything right now as have sent back my last one of a facial moisturizer.. not up to the usual standard - pink in pump dispenser and left my skin feeling dry so had to use another one as well. I am willing to bet this is protect and perfect and will be retailing at about 20 quid or so. I am sure odds are that I have tested a P& p product somewhere down the line and am not impressed with quality compared to the 5 quid boots one I use normally lol
