    Yippeeeeeee I did it £100 paid off - just £150 overdraft now and apparenty £100 is isnterest free so I may decide to keep that anyway - so long as I can be disciplined enough not to use it :p

    Running wise - all going well up to 21 miles this week so far and got a nice hill run planned for later this evening :D

    Had a good running week - over 40 miles :D

    Got my race on Sunday in Sale - a nice 10 miler, perfectly flat - last one was 1:38 and was hilly so am aiming for around 1:30 but within 5 minutes of that is fine as its 9 minute miling which would be pretty impressive considering my 5k time is still at 8:30 minute miling ;)

    Doing well on the money front apart from the pizzas yesterday...got about £400 or so to last the month, paid OH for all the races and have taken the money for the hotel out of that, but have to buy food and entertainment with that and have American friends here from 21st August!

    Think only me and Beanie are here but I quite like this as its making me far more discplined than I was before - I will be debt free in November :D
