I took out an externed warranty with Comet and when we needed help they could not have been more unhelpful. They were completely not bothered, they asked so many unnecessary questions which made it painful to deal with. The date of appointment was not convientant so it was left to have someone turn up 10 days after the call. On the day the engineer drive off because 'we had not made provision for a parking permit.' We have to wait another week for an appointment to attend which will be 'some time during the day'. So another day will be wasted waiting. When we called them to say the driver did not attend attitude was quite rude and curt. When we mentioned th issue of the permit we we told' well you knew that' Be warned.0
