Tshirtville is a big ripoff that has obviously been going for years looking at the dates in this thread. If only I looked at this before placing am order. It seems the usual process for this ripoff company is to take your order, take your money and then make u wait and wait for tshirts that never arrive. Then finally you give up on the order and request a refund which also doesn't arrive. My best advice is to lodge complaints wherever u can, thats what I will be doing.

I think you are probably one of the fortunate ones. Wouldn't touch them again personally after the fight I had for a refund.

    I recommend mamstore

Okay it seems I too have fallen foul of this mob. They advised there was a delay in them receiving the t shirt from their supplier - I had no reason to think this wasn't genuine - only now I realise this has taken me beyond the 45 days during which I can make a claim via paypal. Request for refund has been ignored. Is their any way around this or are this mob going to be able to continue to take people's money?

    Tenth Anniversary
I find myself in exactly the same situation as Ginger75 above.

I'd bought via Paypal in late December, been fobbed off about shipping delays and asked to be patient, and as of now still no goods/nor updates of when I would expect anything.

I'd initially had a couple of emails from 'Jim' outlining unfortunate delays outwith the firm's control, but none of my more recent three to four (last couple of months) emails have even been replied to - oddly enough the use of the 'refund' word being mentioned seems to have prompted this lack of interest from those running the site.

I wish I'd stumbled across this discussion before I decided to buy, but after seeing that I am far from being an isolated case with them, I'd STRONGLY urge others not to waste your time considering the products they list.
  • I wish I'd seen the reviews on this and another site before ordering a T-shirt from this company in Dec 2012.
If you're thinking of buying from them - don't bother - it would appear that they take your money and run!!!!
They are sometimes good and sometimes lousy at replying to emails. When they do reply, they give the same excuses every time about why they aren't delivering the goods.
I have threatened them now with trading standards and funnily enough they sent a reply out within minutes. They now say that the management team have left and have taken all the account details with them and they are in the process of trying to retrieve the data. Apparantly (!!!!!!!) the company has stopped all sales for the time-being and they are working at getting customers their refunds. But this email came from Jim who is the same person who has been sending emails back since December 2012 so I'm not holding my breath waiting for a refund!!!!
I have given them 2 weeks to refund my money or I am going to report them to trading standards and file a police fraud report.
DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
