tshirtsville - seems I have a problem

Unfortunately I was naive enough not to research this company before buying 2 t-shirts from this company, which is a shame I ordered it just over a week ago, but have a feeling I will never see these t-shirts, how long should I wait before trying to get a refund? Sorry, I am not very experienced in these things

I was silly enough to complete a payment transaction without first looking at reviews. Oops. Been waiting 10 days, and "Jim" just informed me that my item wouldn't even be in stock until another 10+ days from now.

I've just made use of paypal's resolution centre. If I don't get a reply inside 2 days, I'm filing a claim. Blatant lies, Jim. Skeezy and untrustworthy site. Avoid at all costs.

What a great way to make a bit of money,get people to order tshirts and then after a few weeks say that we will have to refund your money as the tshirts have not arrived.
Just think of the money you can make from the interest made,having loads of money sat in your bank account for a few weeks from everyones orders.

I'm from the Netherlands and i ordered 5 shirts. Allmost 3 month later i got only 1 of them. So i send oktober 23 the following mail:
Jim,

At August 8 I ordered five T-shirts by order number xxxxxxxxx. Until today I only received one T-shirt.

You claimed you sent the other four T-shirts on October 6 but I did not receive them.
I’m really impatient now . That’s why I searched the internet for reviews about your web shop. I read many stories of customers who did not receive their T-shirts.
In my opinion you are just ordinary thieves.

I give you one month to make sure that I receive the four backorder shirts. If not, I will place reviews on all possible internet forums and metal sites with negative publicity about your scamming operation.
As a result you will lose a lot of money. And believe me, I keep on doing so until I receive my shirts or money refund.

After this month I will also contact the following website: (metropolitan police website London)

3 months ago I ordered a tshirt from here, and i have emailed on numerous occasions asking why it hasnt been dispatched.

I always get the same email from "Jim" saying their suppliers havent sent the tshirt to them yet, and could I please wait a little longer. every time I email its "we will have a delivery in the next two weeks" etc.

Its been 3 months, so today I tried to email again to ask for a refund, because no supplier in the world can possibly take this long to send a batch of tshirts, but now I keep getting reportmaster:delivery failed messages, saying that my message hasnt been sent or received. is there an alternate way I can contact tshirtsville?

Hello friends, I am Rober from Madrid, Spain. And my case is:

In June 9 of 2011 I was buy a T-shirt in tshirtsville.com through Paypal

The T-shirt I get to me in September 13 of 2011 after several mails asking for (3 months later…)

The size was too big for me and I wrote to Jim to ask for an exchange size and buy more T-shirt.

He told me: "Is not problem, send me the shirt and make a new order for to send it all together"

I send the shirt for the size exchange and I do a new order for 3 T-shirts more In September 17 of 2011

In September 22 of 2011 I receive an e-mail with the shipped confirmation

In November 4 of 2011 I receive only one shirt, I ask where are the other and tell me that will arrive in a couple weeks

In December 19 of 2011 I receive another one and since then I have not receive anything

I have not yet to receive a shirt for the last order and the size change T-shirt

And from December 9 of 2011, Jimmy does not answer any mail, I sent many emails asking for the return of my money or an answer, and still no response since.

I tried putting a claim from Paypal, which has not helped because have passed more than 45 days from purchase and Paypal is not responsible. (I do not understand why Paypal still works with this kind of sellers...)

I reported the case to the Spanish authorities, but can not do anything

This seller no cumple con sus obligaciones, ni da un buen servicio, ni facilita la comunicaci!n, solo da largas para que transcurran mas de 45 d!as y as! Paypal no se haga responsable

The seller does not fulfill its obligations, do not give a good service, do not facilitates communication, only gives long to take more than 45 days and then not be responsible Paypal

My advice is do not buy in this web!!

Having used T-Shirtville a couple of years ago and receiving the shirts after around 2-3 months my partner decided to treat me to a few more for my 25th birthday.

After ordering 4 shirts we received 3 shirts within six months (firstly a Six Feet Under shirt followed by a Bloodbath shirt and Beetlejuice shirt) The beetle juice shirt was the wrong size and design so we contacted Tshirtville and were told to return the shirt ...not a problem ..or so we thought.

Following my 26th Birthday a couple of months ago we have still had no sign of the other two shirts (Unearthly Trance and the replacement Beetlejuice shirt) only an email saying to hang on for stock delivery despite repeated requests from us for refunds.

This is completely out of order....over a 15 months to send a total of four shirts???? Trading standards have been contacted and this will be pursued to its full extent....as it is basically theft.

Mid May I ordered a t-shirt well in advance for a birthday gift- received no updates or notifications that it would be delayed so started to contact them- Jim explained they were expecting it from their stockists on June 8th. As it still hasn't arrived I've inquired twice and received the same reply:

Hi Lisa
Sorry for the continued delay.
The shirt is on order with the supplier but we do expect it back in the next couple of weeks if you are prepared to wait.
Sorry about this.

My story:

I ordered 3 Beatles tshirts somewhere around october/november/december last year.
After mailing him several times i still haven't received any t-shirts or refunds. NEVER EVER BUY A SINGLE T-Shirt over there!
It's money wasting! You'll have to be very lucky if you actually get your ordered items!
If i'm not receiving my refund till next week i'll take further steps for these !!!!!!!s!
