tshirtsville - seems I have a problem

  • My intention is not to argue with Jim, but i need to state a few things.
    1. After constantly ignoring me, i wrote in this forum and told them by e-mail that i will denounce our deal to paypal.. As if by magic the next day Jim replied by telling me ""Hi Antonios, Our records show that all 3 tshirts have been sent.Have you not received hem?ThanksJim "" .I told him that i had not received anything of course.
    2. After about 10days, at the 29th of June they sent me an e-mail that one of the 2 t-shirts had been shipped.I received it yesterday. And i am still waiting for the third one. Jim, you can post all the details and e-mails if you want (Order Number:AG677720013499)
  • Our records show that all 3 tshirts have been sent, but I have sent a refund for the tshirt that you are missing. You will need to clain it from Paypal.
  • i show the refund for the 3rd t-shirt today. The whole procedure took 3,5 months which is a lot. From the company they say that their records show that all t-shirts are sent.That only happened the first time.After i returned the 2 wrong t-shirts i had only one e-mail that confirmed the shipment for one t-shirt.Since they always sent a mail to confirm shipment, i cannot understand how everything seemed ok in their records. Fortunately for me the story ends here.

    I have emailed this guy and his comapany loads over the last couple of days and he does not reply to emails!
    I ordered a beatles t shirt for a relative as a gift a few weeks ago and have heard nothing since.
    He has taken my cash and not supplied the goods.
    Now seeking legal action into reclaiming the money through internet shopping.

    BEWARE AND BE WARNED TO NOT BUY GOODS FROM TSHIRTSVILLE :mad:

    I am in a very similar situation. I ordered a t-shirt from Tshirtsville almost four weeks ago now. The money got taken out of my account a couple of days later.
    I was beginning to worry about how long it was taking, and then I came accross this forum... Which hasn't exactly cheered me up!
    Does anybody have a phone number that actually works for Tshirtsville? As the one on their site always seems to be engaged...
    Or even an e-mail address that they will actually reply from?!

    I ordered 2 items from this company, and I can honestly say that they have been great.

    The phone problems are due to a new system being installed, but if you email them they reply within a couple of hours (not a couple of days like some places!), especially if you email Jim direct.

    Lets face it, no company is perfect and there are always going to be folks who are unhappy with the service, but personally, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending T Shirst Ville.

    Oh come on Alison let's be serious now. Which department do you work in? I don't know what you people think you are going to achieve to be honest, you must realise how transparent you are? That says a lot about your opinion of your customers really.

    What amuses me is you have bumped an old damning thread to post that, thus letting all of MSE know once again not to touch them with a barge pole.
  • I've been waiting for about 10 weeks for my shirt. They don't answer emails. They are only too happy to take your money though.

    I wouldn't touch this lot with a bargepole. Avoid at all costs.
  • I ordered a t-shirt from them yesterday but got an e-mail this morning telling me it was no longer in stock but it still shows as available on their website. I will keep you updated but after reading the other posts and other reviews on the net I may well be just another victim! Disapointing!:mad::(

    if you dont work for them i'll eat my hat. How on earth would a customer know about the phone system problems from a year ago!
