Our steam cleaner cleans ours well but other than that I'd soak it in a solution of soda crystals which works wellPiglet

My husband did ours with the jet washer (and it needed it!) He took it off at the hinges, good as new!0

The only thing that seems to clean mine is Bar Keepers friend. I get it from Lakeland (we are lucky enough to have a shop nearby) and its fantastic.0

Dissolve some cleaning soda in some boiling water, take door off and leave soaking overnight. It usually cleans up well in the morning. The soda dissolves the grease - no scrubbing needed.

Hi all,
I'm hoping maybe someone will be able to help me with this
I cleaned my oven yesterday and it all came up lovely except the glass door which, for the life of me, I just couldn't get clean. It has brown staining over it which looks horrible. All I was using was soapy water and a scrubber so I'm thinking I need to get something a bit more powerful.
Does anybody have any suggestions or product recomendations that won't break the bank?
Many thanks in advance

When mine was really bad last year I used my glass hob scraper and cleaner and it brought it up a treat, I now just use the hob brite liquid on it once a month and it has stayed nice and clean and sparklyIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

Neat stardrops and a microfibre cloth works fantastically, you may need to soak the grease in the stardrops for a bit. I have no idea the last time the glass was cleaned on my oven when I moved in - it was caked on, but it worked on mine"Live each day as if it were your last and garden as though you will live forever"
