Best way to complain about Tesco

Can I just add, what happened to the rest of your dinner? Did you have meat on? Frozen Veg doesn't take that long to cook - you said you ordered take away, so did you have to throw everything else away or was the rest of the meal going to be ready in less time than the veg?
