I thought about that but I can only buy 1 Laptop and 1 Desktop per year apparently. Unless they were just telling me that , may ring up and check again as that's a great idea!!Millionaire wrote: »As you benefit from Student Discount (I'm assuming something around 14%), Why not sell your Macbook on Ebay?
As it is only 4 weeks old, you should be able to get at least what you paid for it or maybe even a bit more after taking out all costs.
Then use the cash to get the New Macbook Pro with your student discount with the Ipod Touch on rebate.
You could then sell the Ipod touch if you want.
So you basically get a Brand New Macbook Pro with the features you wanted and even pocket some cash on top from what you have currently, by selling the Ipod Touch.;)
Thats what I would do anyway.:D
Oh, you can also get a printer on rebate, sell that to:D.:smileyhea0 -

Last year it was upto 3 purchases, I would ring up and ask someone again.
If it is restricted, you could always get a student friend or family etc to get it. Thats how I got mine.;)0 -
Cool think I'm going to do this! I know a couple of other people I can get it though if they don't let me get another. Thanks!Millionaire wrote: »Last year it was upto 3 purchases, I would ring up and ask someone again.

oh, yes, we're very nosy... someone posts something asking a question, we want to know what happens in the end..
It's nice to know we've helped people when they come back telling us the outcome... means that we're doing stuff..
naa.. we're just nosy!
