Forgive me for I have sinned. I have done 3 washer loads, cleared one side of the kitchen and sorted 3 clean/dry washer loads.

Then I've got a little distracted on Facebook creating a Flylady gifts application - sorry I can't send them to everyone at once but sure they will filter through - hope you like them x

Oh my, must share, DP has just took a pile of laundry up as I asked him to if he went upstairs AND he's used the bin that I put next to the sofa 24 hours ago for his can collection.....however since then he's left another next to the television.....
One day I might be more organised...........

Goodness, it's been very quiet here this afternoon!

Well I had a lovely lunch. And now I'm home ready for a kip! :D

DD2 has an "Ugly Bug Ball" at brownies tonight. So I've sorted a sarong out to pin to her top for wings... ace. Nice and simple!

    Afternoon lovely ladies!!
I am gobsmacked, surprised and very honored at the endless welcomes and the effect I have been having on you - reducing you to tears is not on my aganda - giving you fits of giggles and smiles and chuckles is allowed however!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

I have had a 'busy' morning but worry not its not been physical - I have had to do several phone calls and also had a visit from a council person regarding community care - so lots going on and being organised but I have been taking it very slowly - i really dont have an option.

I still havent caught up on the threads so forgive me if I am missing things -I am only replying from last night onwards at the moment - of course I had forgotten what a gabby bunch we are:rolleyes::rotfl:
Toots!!!! - you brought a tear to my eye knowing your back! Bad penny - I always turns up:rotfl:

.........and make us all feel so special and loved. Thats because you ARE all so special and loved

DH has come in and wondered what the hell is going on, he's been updated and glad toots is finally home xx Poor man - he must be thinking we are all nuts - thank him anyway for his kind thoughts too xx
carlsberggal - so good to see you are back posting again -havent caught up yet - hows the elbow - is the warmer weather helping?

lil_me sounds like you are dashing around as mad as ever -WASPS!!!!! I hate them - glad you got the nest taken away safely Hope the assignments are going well.
Spirit - congratulations on your weight loss - thats very impressive - you should be well pleased with yourself.
Dusty - hope the bite is under control - fingers crossed you have caught it in time and the tablets help.
SGT you are not 'wicked' just very naughty (sometimes!!) - hope the visit from the prospective temnant goes well - that would save a lot of hassle for you - will email you later - i did my challenge! (well almost):D
DenizeNZ (((hugs))) honey - I know that feeling only too well - maybe you are expecting too much of yourself - are you still trying to be a perfectionist? You do a huge amount so dont be hard on yourself and prioritise the areas that you want to improve on and work at keeping them tidy and then move on to another - like AnW'sMum's dot2dot method - I am sure you can get it all under control - its not a pipe dream - and get everybody in the house roped in too - you shouldnt be doing all the work.
Boddy hugs for you - whatever has happened it is obviously getting to you even though you werent involved - what a lovely caring person you are but I am glad you will soon be finished there- you can do without all these incidents and upset. How is the new work going? I hope you are enjoying it - I had a visit from someone who I think would be doing the same sort of thing as you- what a difference it makes. Hope Gs has a great birthday. Is DD at Mum's home? Hope Mum is doing ok.
ladyL Hugs and loads of feel good wishes for you - i will be intouch by email soon - in the meantime just you make up your mind you are going to Glastonbury - PMA and do it - you go girl!!!! (I am just green with envy of course!!!)
pigpen how lovely for Tiddles - proud mummy moment for you - awh bless you both!! And you are not a 'mug' for sending money etc to DS, GF and Jacob - you do it because you are a very loving special caring Mum who looks after her 'babies' whatever their age - 18 days and counting until they are home Wooooooo Hooooooooooo how fabulous - will they get a place of their own when they come back? And it sounds like you have been very busy with your college work - well done you - you are an inspiration. I hope you have fully recovered from your GF, kidney infection etc.
As for poor wee Hazel - the biggest healing vibes I can muster are being sent - poor wee precious bundle -she is probably truamatised thats why she is so quiet - I cant belive people can be so cruel -it breaks my heart - You are being very restrained - I hope you find the person responsible and they get what they deserve - I love
msgnomey hugs and I today you have managed to find out whats happening - its so unsettling not knowing about your job - roll on the holidays so you can unwind and catch up - dont worry the dust will still be there - you are doing great anyway xx
greenbee you need to send me an email and tell me whats been happening with you and your work - it sounds like you are doing a great job for your team (which I am not surprised at in the least) and giving up your time and energy for the others - you sound like you are more active again - how long to the wedding?
thifty thats fantastic news about your inspections - you should all feel very proud of yourselves:T:T but I do draw the line at dreaming about Of**** that is sooooooooooooooooooo not allowed - and anyway it would be nightmares not dreams:eek: I am guessing you are selling your house if you are having viewings - so loads of good wishes for the right buyer to come along and I hope the thread/lists are helping keep organised and tidy.
Hi Valli honey I am glad you have been a good girl I was worried when I heard about the list that shows how many posts you have done and that you would be trying to get to the top:confused::rolleyes::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
mammamia2 I didnt realise stardrops did some many different things - thanks for the list - i did find the cream cleaner in poundland just before I went into hospital.
    Holly how is college going?
SS babes dont you dare let that lurgy develop into anything nasty - its not allowed - hope you have shaken it off today - yes its a hazard of mixing with people but you are probably tired too after your 2 long days getting started. eat well, rest and some sunshine for you!!
Mumofjust2 sorry to see you are having builder problems - i will be catching up with whats happening over the weekend - being without a WM is a nightmare - hope you get things sorted real soon.
G&B hope you have had a lovely day at LO's sports day - its been sunny here so fingers crossed it was for you too. Any results yet? Just seen you did - well done to you for taking part - shame you fell though! Good work with the fund raising - thats brilliant:T
dragonflygems thank you for the chuckle at the vision of you sneaking a look at DS's 'pit of doom' - Is it that bad??:rotfl:As Sarah so rightly said - dont carry things over while you are just new to the lists - do what you can and move on to the next day - if you have time and feel motivated you can always do a bit of catching up at the weekend. It will all be round again next week and I promise you the things you have done get easier and therefore you end up with time to tackle other bits - it takes patience too - dont put high expectations on your self as you will get disappointed if you dont manage them all - we have all been there! And yes getting rid of as much clutter as possible will make a difference not only to how the place looks but will also make cleaning/tidying quicker and easier.
beemuzed - oh I envy you having breakfast in the conservatory - that must have been nice - hope the painting is going well - enjoy having 'your little man' home for the weekend - I bet you spoil him!!!
mudbath Hi honey - why have you got a sore back what have you done - I hope it gets better really quickly - I will email you later. - huge cuddles for Stripes - are you off in the caravan again - have a lovely time.
wilf55 nice to see you are posting - but you still sound snowed under!!!
polly I think I will be calling on you for tea - sponge and a fruit cake - yummy!!! Love the avatar!!
jjef (((hugs))) it was so lovely to meet you and SSL - I still cant belive the pair of you did that! it was such a fabulous surprise - thank you sooooooo much for taking the time xx- will pm you later - how is DD after getting her tooth out?
SSL (((hugs)))Thank you sooo much for the staying longer at the hospital - until toxic left - and for the hand massage - thats was so relaxingxx
CallyC good luck to your DD with er exams and I realise how old and out of touch I am- most of these bands that you and froddy mention I have never heard of! I must be sooooooooooooo boring!!
toochoosey you off in the 'van again - have a lovely weekend.
lil_me - well done to Dp - it maybe a small step but lets hope it continues to grow.
welcome to all the newbies - too mnay to name - but i will catch up with you all slowly - take it steady and do as much as you can - even if its only level 1 it all counts - you will soon see a difference - and dont stress about it - there's more to life!!!

Did make scrambled eggs for lunch and sorted through more junk mail, put the WM on and put a few things away - slowly!!!!
It has taken ages to do this post as I keep getting interupted. But i had a surprise visit from my friend -the wife of my decorator - she went to asda and got a couple of things to keep me going - she hung out a washing, emptied and partly refilled the DW and made up a clean fresh bed for me - what a gem!
I have had several phone calls from the care people and they have temporary measures in place for a few days so someone will be coming in twice a day for now so thats good.
going to get this posted before i get sidetracked again and then have my 15 mins 'switch-off' time.
    be back later

love and hugs to you all
    tootsxx

Off to Norfolk this weekend as I have a site visit on Monday up there, so SIL and I have a plan (in theory) to get the grass to grow on my mother's grave, we are going to top soil and seed it yet again!. We are donig it this time, so we will know it has been done correctly.

Washing / plants / house work tonight and tomorrow, as I have been lazy all week.

Crikey Toots...think that must have taken you all day!:rotfl:So glad you're back.

Took us ages to get back from school. The girls were stroking a gorgeous labrador puppy outside school. They both love dogs, DD2 in particular, but we're sticking with Monty moo for now (our tabby and white kitty). Dogs are too much work for us for the moment. Need to decide what I'll be doing work wise when DD2 goes to school, so a few years off yet.

Anyway, tea defrosting...HM veggie chilli and rice for the girls, HM cheese & onion pie for me and HM chicken soup for DH. Can you tell we're using up things in the freezer!!:rotfl:

Will do a bit of ironing while the girls eat I think. It is my aim to get through it all by the end of the weekend. Need to fit in working tonight, haircut and colour and work on Saturday and walk and lunch with my parents on Sunday as well.

    Updated list:

    Level One
    Level Two
    Level Three

    ...despite constant interruptions!

One of those annoying days where I can't get anything finished without being interrupted by offspring needing a lift, phone calls, window cleaner etc. I went to the allotment for an hour this afternoon - bliss, nothing but me and my weeds!

I'm in London tomorrow at a languages conference, but plan on leaving a list for the teens - they can sort their own rooms. I'll just collect the star - for supervision of course!;)

pigpen - fingers crossed for Hazel - appalled that anyone could do that.

froddington - DS1 not planning to go to Reading this year, but thinking of going to Glade (?) with friends - at least I shall worry a bit less. How's your arm today?

    :hello:Special wave for toots!!

eta - just clicked on a new Rate it icon beneath my post to see what would happen - and it disappeared!! Aarrgh! I don't know what I've done now!!
