How's the job going Sarah? Are you enjoying it? I hope so!

I've done one washing load and sorted clothes for the weekend away. I'm going to empty the washing machine now and see if I can get anything else ready for, hopefully, leaving at 330 xx

I'm really enjoying it so far ta Mudders I think I'm going to love it...although it remains to be seen! It's a busy environment, which is good. It's hard when someone very young pitches up, but it's great to be able to give them good clear advice/service. Confidentially is really strong, so no-one has to worry about someone dropping them in it! :)
All told, it's good, strong organisation, and I've got a job that's going to make feel like I'm offering something postive. Ace :D

    Right...... lunch. See y'all later.

My oldest finally met another Roderick last year.. at 17.. We'll have to keep looking for another Bevan lol

My uncle was Roderick as was my grandad.
Hope Hazel is on the mend, what a horrible person to do that to a beautiful animal.

LO's sports day was fab, the weather is gorgeous here. There was a mums race and i was winning til i fell over:rotfl: I wasnt the only one thank goodness, i had really crap shoes on and the grass was really slippy! One of the dads fell too and the Headmaster fell and landed on some kids:eek: At least i didnt do that:o I got roped into helping making the teas/coffees and rolls etc and we raised loads for the school which is great.

Just going to have a quick tidy up before i go to work, i'm knackered!

    Afternoon all

On a go slow here. I have managed to put the washing on the line and been to the town and done what I needed to there. Think I'll do a HHG before the day is done.

    Afternoon!!
cally - am very jealous of your DS; I'd love to go to Download and am desperate to see Faith No More, Def Leppard and Motley Crue again. I am going to Reading, but the line-up's not as good!
Yes, I'm jealous too! Especially since they announced Thunder as the surprise last minute addition to the lineup. Going to see them next month though, so I was trying not to glower at DS as he rubbed it in  Saw Def Lepp again last year - they've still got it :D

I hope you & Lady-Liberty – enjoy Reading & Glastonbury. DS will be at both those as well. He has a summer job with a catering firm that does all the big festivals, he's done the last three/four summers now & has seen loads of bands & got paid to boot! He's gone to Download as a paying guest this time though.

Toots – great to see you back!! Hope you are taking it easy.
Pigpen - hope Hazel is okay. Some people are just beneath contempt. Our pud came home with a tooth broken once when he was about a year old - the vet thought someone had kicked him in the face.
    Here's my list:
Wishy-Washy Wednesday - Master bedroom and Landing
    Level Three
Sort out one cupboard (sorting wardrobe)
    Binbag dance
Thursday Scrubfest- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    :j:j:jAll Done:j:j:j
    Friday fun! - childrens rooms

I don't do my kids rooms, DS isn't here to nag but he did have a really good fettle before he left yesterday & it's all clean with fresh bedding etc. I'm not getting on to DD about her room at the mo due to the dreaded GCSEs, that can wait till she's done. Her bedding is clean though.
So I'm off to do some gardening instead!
    catch up soon....
